Welcome to the Texas A&M University Self-Reported Academic Record (SRAR). This is where you will report all of your courses taken and grades earned in high school. You should have a copy of your high school transcript available to use as a reference when you create your SRAR. Do not do this from memory. Do not enter your grade level as the grade you earned. If you have already graduated from high school you must provide an official high school transcript sent from your high school in addition to filling out the SRAR. If you are a Texas resident and are within the Top 10% of your senior class, you MUST report your relative numeric rank on your SRAR, for example 15/150. You must also provide an official transcript that verifies your ranking. Providing your SRAR to us is a two step process:
1. Fill out and link your SRAR to Texas A&M University. Linking your SRAR means adding your Texas A&M Universal Identification Number (UIN) to this SRAR record. You'll get an email that says it's been linked and you should be able to see the UIN on your SRAR.
2. Review and submit your SRAR. You'll know if you've submitted successfully if you get a special alpha numeric SRAR ID in a congratulatory message right after you hit submit at the bottom of your SRAR record. You'll have to scroll down to see the final Submit button.
All freshmen applicants must complete the SRAR except the following:
Haven't applied to Texas A&M yet? You may begin your SRAR now; however, you will not be able to link your SRAR to your Texas A&M application until you have submitted your application and have successfully logged in to Texas A&M's Applicant Information System. Please go to admissions.tamu.edu/freshman/apply starting on August 1st to apply to Texas A&M.
